BOM Creator is a SolidWorks, Solid Edge & Inventor 3D CAD Add On tool developed by our team , which caters the day to day requirement of Bill Of Materials in various departments inside the organization. It helps create Bill of Materials of large assemblies in minutes. It not only handles regular BOMs but also help create detailed lists based on the manufacturing lead time for manufacturing parts & purchase lead time of all the bought out items for complete machine. It enables collaborate Design, Production, Planning & Purchase more effectively and fast track the complete manufacturing cycle.
Manufacturing Productivity Tool

i.) DXF Generation -Helps create DXF files for the laser cutting & bending operations. Also organize the files based on the thickness of the sheet metal part which makes it easier for indenting. Also the user has a freedom to select the files of their own choice which they want to prepare.
ii.) PDF Generation-Helps create PDF files & organize it based on the Design Tree structure. Also the tool adds the name of the computer on which the pdf has been generated with its respective date & time stamp on it. v.) Batch Print of Drawings– The tool adds the name of the computer on which the printing is done with its respective date & time stamp on it. Also the user has a freedom to select the files of their own choice which they want to prepare.
vi.) Bulk Suppress of Toolbox Items-The tool allows to suppress or unsuppress the Toolbox components in any given assembly or machine.
vii.) Feature freeze- The tool allows to freeze or unfreeze all the components in any given assembly or machine.
